近日，国际知名威士忌零售商The Whisky Exchange（简称TWE）公布了2020年度全世界威士忌爱好者最喜欢的10款威士忌。

这10款威士忌有以下几个特点：

1、均价69.46英镑（折合人民币615元），最高135英镑（折合人民币1196元），最低39.95英镑（折合人民币354元）；

2、苏格兰9款，爱尔兰1款；

3、泥煤烟熏型2款，具有泥煤风味2款，非泥煤烟熏风味6款；

4、单一麦芽威士忌8款，调和威士忌1款，单一壶式蒸馏威士忌1款。

下面，就给大家简单介绍这10款威士忌（不分顺序）。

1、格兰帝11年双桶威士忌（Glen Scotia 11 Year Old Sherry Double Cask Finish）

产区：苏格兰坎贝尔镇（Campbeltown），酒精度：54.1%，国际均价：55.95英镑。

 

品鉴：在Oloroso和Pedro Ximenez雪利酒桶中成熟，具有太妃糖、成熟李子和香料的气息，并伴有香草、葡萄干、白葡萄干、咸黄油和烘焙香料的味道（An 11-year-old Glen Scotia single malt that has been matured in a combination of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. 2、巴布莱尔18年威士忌（Balblair 18 Year Old）

3、达摩波特桶珍藏威士忌（Dalmore Port Wood Reserve）

产区：苏格兰高地（Highland），酒精度：46.5%，国际均价：62.9英镑。

 

品鉴：这是达摩酒厂采用世界各种橡木桶陈年的实验酒款，这款酒将达摩的厚重酒体与波特桶浓郁的水果和香料香气进行联姻。先在美国白橡木波本桶陈年，然后收尾于W&J Graham的波特桶并以46.5%的酒精度装瓶。非常甜美并具有奶油和水果风味（The fruit of Dalmore's experiments with casks from around the world, this port wood reserve marries Dalmore's weighty whisky with thick port-cask fruit and spice. 4、百富故事系列之12年威士忌（Balvenie 12 Year Old / Sweet Toast Of American Oak）

产区：苏格兰斯卑塞（Speyside），酒精度：43%，国际均价：41.95英镑。

 

品鉴：这是百富故事系列的第一款威士忌，极具奶油质，甜美味。在美国全新烘烤的肯塔基州美国橡木处女桶（virgin American oak casks）收尾，更具水果味。甜美，麦芽芳香，闻起来是软糖、柑橘以及橡木香草混合着辛辣的姜和温暖的肉桂的香味。入口则是蜜饯橘皮、香草太妃糖和奶油糖果的味道，并慢慢发展成融化的红糖、花蜜和浓郁的橡木香料的味道（A creamy, sweet single malt, The Sweet Toast of American Oak is the first whisky in the Balvenie Stories collection. 注：百富故事系列12年威士忌是百富故事系列的第一部作品，由年仅26Year Old，现任苏格兰百富第六代首席酿酒大师传人的Kelsey操刀，首先在波本桶成熟12年，此后使用了1963年成立的著名木桶制造商KELVIN的美国橡木处女桶（virgin）继续陈年。KELVIN将处女桶以20分钟的缓慢烘烤后转移至酒厂继续烘烤以释放更多的风味，使得这款威士忌的甜美烘烤味道更突出。

5、布赫拉迪莱迪苏格兰大麦威士忌（Bruichladdich Classic Laddie / Scottish Barley）
